Troop 153 sends two crews to Florida's Sea Base
June 2007

Troop 153 participated in its first ever `official` BSA High Adventure program in June 2007, when we sent two crews totalling 15 people (9 scouts and 6 adults) to Florida`s Sea Base, located in the Florida Keys.  The trip consisted of a week of `fun in the sun` sailing down and back up the Florida Keys.  They snorkelled every day and caught many fish (including a 42 inch baracuda that we wisely threw back).  The scouts enjoyed a day of sightseeing in Key West and an excillerating Airboat ride at the Everglades Alligator Farm.

Pictured below are the participants after they concluded their exciting adventure.
